One of the biggest and best expos is returning to the Valley of the Sun!

The inaugural PHX Urban Expo presented by Greater Phoenix Urban League will bring an exciting end to 2011. Last year the longstanding organization celebrated 65 years of excellence. The event was not only a first for Greater Phoenix Urban League but it was the first of its kind for the Greater Phoenix metropolitan area.

This year, the Expo will be December 2-3 in the heart of downtown at the Phoenix Convention Center. It's free and open to the public – bringing together families, seniors and youth with businesses interested in building a better Arizona through cultural connections.

The Expo is the result of the collaborative efforts of individuals and organizations across our great state. With a focus on business, housing, career, finances and health, the Expo will provide the chance for self enhancement and engagement. Local businesses and individuals will have the opportunity to showcase products and services to thousands of Phoenix residents over two days.

The community will be able to participate in various activities leading up to and during the Expo. These include:
